Our goal is to better understand family experiences with local soccer clubs — including coaching, communication, emotional climate, and overall satisfaction. Your feedback is completely confidential and will be used to identify common patterns, inform community discussions, prioritize scholarship funding, and promote positive development environments for young athletes.
Your honest input — whether positive, negative, or neutral — is highly valued and appreciated. The survey should take approximately 5–7 minutes to complete.
Each survey is meant to review a player’s team/coach for a single season. So if you have multiple children, fill out a separate survey for each. This survey can be filled out for your current team or a past team you want to provide feedback on.
