One of our goals at Level the Playing Field is to help our players see the value of service and practice it as a way of life, opening the door to sound leadership and community growth. We believe that a leader must value the opportunity to serve; we therefore stress community service as cornerstone of our mission to grow our communities and prepare our youth athletes to be the leaders of tomorrow.
